SPOILER: I am a terrible writer

I reflect on my challenges clearly communicating, and my hope that reading a self help book I bought in January of 2020 will fix everything.

POV - my right hand reaches out to type on a macbook pro. I'm wearing brown plaid shirt. My hand is in focus. I'm working at a wood dining table. The laptop is plugged into power.
Me, editing this post at a laptop.

A recently-released* book about being a good content writer for developers reminded me — I am a terrible writer.

It takes me many revisions to get to anything good. I meander. I might not have a goal. I keep notes for myself and post them bare.

How many times through re-reading old posts am I embarrassed by the overall quality? Plenty!

On my work wikis, personal blog, my presentations, and even on my personal notes to myself, I am rarely clear. For someone who is paid to type for a living, my docs are miserable. I mean, they're present. And they have links and sections. And I get peers to review them to remove the sharpest corners.

Hoping that a clear read through of The Developer's Guide to Content Creation helps me focus, edit, and treat my work as a 1st class entity**. And that I am able to schedule a set of content entries that is helpful for my coworkers.

I'm also considering running a new RPG game, and creating entertainment content. Having these points outlined for that as well should be helpful there too. Let's see!
